I have been living at Hawstead road for 2 months and have found it to be a very welcoming place to live. The house is situated close to all local amenities and has excellent connections to all modes of public transportation. The rooms are big, bright and beautifully furnished. The communal areas have plenty of space to accommodate all the tenants. Anthony has been very helpful and efficient in sorting out any issue relating to the property.

I have been a tenant at Hawstead Road now for 2 months. I was a little daunted sharing a house with strangers at first, but Anthony was very welcoming and helpful and made the whole process of moving in very quick and easy. Location wise, it's great, with a bus stop 1 minute walk from the front door and rail links that get you into the center of London in under 30 minutes less then a 10 minute walk away. The room was furnished to a high standard with a matching bed and desk and the house in general is well maintained. The room was very reasonably priced, with the added bonus of all bills and internet included. Anthony has always been very approachable and quick to respond to any queries/assistance needed.

I have been a tenant at Bradgate Road for just over a year. I’d initially signed up for 6 months but due to a nice atmosphere in the house and due to the fact that the house was very well taken care of and nicely maintained by Iris at all times, I decided to stay there longer. My room was cosy, clean and bright, and I had plenty of storage for all my personal belongings. I have also been allocated plenty of storage space in the kitchen. The house is conveniently located close to public transport, shops, restaurants and all desirable and necessary local amenities. We have lived at Bradgate Road for over one year. The room and the house is of good standard and is well maintained. Good facilities. Good transport links: 10 minutes walk to Ladywell, Catford & Catford Bridge Stations and 10 minutes by bus to Lewisham station. 1 minute walk to Aldi or 8 minutes walk to Tesco, very close to Catford centre. Friendly and supportive landlady. Definitely one of the best places we ever stayed at. All the best Jacek & Monika

Hi, We´ve been living in the studio on the top floor of the house for 1,5 months now and find the house is in an excellent state. We do not share any accomodation so we do not really get in contact with the other tenants. I think I have met everyone who is or was living here and I was always greeted nicely. The location is just perfect, many buses and trains and also loads of shops, big and small, in the area. Exactly what we were after. Regards, Hendrik & Raquel
